Toy Drive with Council Member Carmen De La Rosa in Washington Heights

Local 1010 LECET purchased toys to distribute in Washington Heights to families in need. With the help of NYC Council Member and Civil Service and Labor Chair, Carmen De La Rosa, the gifts were given to children and families in need.
